Tickets to ValleyCon are considered a revocable license, which may be terminated, and admission denied or revoked without compensation, should the ticket holder engage in disorderly conduct or violate any of ValleyCon’s rules or regulations. By purchasing a ticket, the holder agrees to comply with all ValleyCon policies including, but not limited to, safety protocols, code of conduct, harassment policies, and any additional rules posted on ValleyCon’s official website or displayed throughout the event space.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the ValleyCon purchase & licensure agreement, including all terms and conditions. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted. In the rare event a cancellation is approved, all fees already paid remain non-refundable. Special guests and scheduled events are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Canceled guests or events will not result in ticket refunds. ValleyCon will make every effort to find appropriate replacements when necessary.
